Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned profit objectives through FX, derivatives, and rates trading within delegated authority and risk/counterparty limits.
• Ensure strict compliance with trading guidelines, position limits, and risk management policies.
• Interpret and analyze current market dynamics, handle inquiries, and provide pricing to front-line business units and branches.
• Deliver competitive pricing and market information to support the execution of customer orders.
• Provide market analysis and insights to management for strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and guide junior staff to enhance team performance.
• Assist in developing and monitoring treasury operational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• University degree or above in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field; professional qualifications are preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in active FX markets, options, or IRS/CCS dealing.
• Proven track record of P&L performance.
• Licensed with HKMA/SFC for Type 1 and 4 activities; ECF-TM qualification is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of business practices, principles, and market dynamics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Excellent risk management awareness and business acumen.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Results-driven with a pragmatic approach to achieving objectives.
• Comprehensive understanding of the PRC financial market is a significant advantage.
