About the Role

Drive and deliver key initiatives for AIA Corporate Solutions including but not limited to problem solving, project management and relationship management with key internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Problem solving & project management

  • Structure problems logically and solve them with a balanced analytical and empathetic mindset
  • Engage and communicate with cross-functional business teams to understand existing business and pain-points.Analyses and identifies improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate and generate ideas, and user requirements with business teams, as well as to support efficient design solution that complies with guidelines and standards
  • Be a change agent to enable cross-functional business teams to leverage new technologies and innovations to benefit internally and externally
  • Provide support to manage and execute operation plan with agility to cope and adjust with unexpected changes
  • Develop and build relationship with stakeholders across different divisions and departments.Manages stakeholders’ relationship through effective communication and expectation management for successful project delivery
  • Maintain all required project governance documentation and supporting infrastructure
  • Support other tasks within the project management team

Strategic planning

  • Manage and/or support specific strategy projects to develop, plan and, where appropriate, operationalize strategic initiatives, in collaboration with internal and external parties
  • Provide analysis, insight and support on key business decisions and initiatives.
  • Analyze business performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Communication

  • Support the team to deliver timely, accurate and excellent management reports for internal/external stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation and consolidation of strategic plan and key indexes
  • Be the key contact for selected local business units
  • Develop presentation materials to engage internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • University graduate, preferably major in business related subject or equivalent
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Good team player and able to work independently
  • Proficient in both spoken & written English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC skills
  • Experience in setting the strategic priorities is preferred
  • Ability to understand business issues, and collaborated closely optimally with various departments;
  • Analytical ability and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional organisation and motivational skills, including attention to detail
  • Great teammate and willing to go extra mile to enable team success
