Comply with internal guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements when promote SME products and services
Pursue bank assigned financial and non-financial KPIs
Build robust SME loan portfolio with good credit quality
Follow through end to end account opening and loan application via digital channel
Deliver high quality SME banking services in timely and responsive manner
Job Requirements:
Matriculated or above in any disciplines
Good knowledge in SME products and services, especially SFGS product
Minimum 1 year SME business/B2B sales/hunting experience, candidates with great hunting skills while non-bank segments will also be considered
Passionate on fintech and digital banking
Adaptive to fast-paced startup culture, embrace can-do spirit, target-oriented and self-motivated
Good command of English and confident in Putonghua speaking is desired
Candidate with less/more experience will be considered as ARM/SRM
Immediately available is a plus
