Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales matters of club membership which provide different solutions to wellness
• To complete sales targets by promoting membership of the club
• Maintain effective communications with members, answer enquiries, handle sales-related issues and conduct regular members visit
• Build and maintain excellent and long-term relationship with members
• Work closely with wellness practitioner, such as coaches and instructors, to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related fields
• 1-2 years solid working experience in relevant industry, working experience in fitness center will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Good presentation, communications and problem-solving skills
• Energetic, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Good team player and self-motivated with a positive working attitude
• Shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays will be required
• Immediately available is preffered
