Business Administration Officer/ Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Prepare daily sales analysis reports and promotional materials for the sales team
  • Attend monthly meetings and prepare meeting reports and minutes
  • Update the latest promotion in SmartWinTM POS system
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Review documents submitted for management approval
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines is preferred
  • At least 3 years of administrative role experience
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and proactive
  • Good problem-solving skills and strong collaboration skills
  • Knowledge in SmartWinTM POS system is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Administrative Assistant position
  • Fresh graduates will be also considered
  • Immediately available is preferred
