About the Company: 

Venes Technology group (蜆壳科技集團), an expanding group with proprietary technologies in home automation with over 30 million users, property development projects, institutional and family office operations and private bank accounts invites applicants for to work with our Hong Kong and China land development Human Resources team.

Duties:

1. 東莞工業大廈重建, 與東莞政府洽商合同
2. Manage human resources and administrative department in PRC  and Hong Kong
3. 工改工及舊廠重建在東莞
4. 指導東莞開發部經理
5. Monitor assets with bloomberg terminals & investment analysis

Requirements:

1. Experience and strong track record in {工改工及舊廠重建} in Dongguan
2. HK and PRC HR dept management experience
3. Fluent in written Chinese and English, spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and use of computers
4. Prefer university graduates in Guangdong province in Land and development property (土地及地產發展) with minor in personnel management and financial investments
5. Prefer those experienced in drafting agreement in land development with Dongguan government
6. Prefer applicants who are former Dongguan official
7. Candidate must have work visa in Hong Kong (if not Hong Kong permanent resident)
