Handle customers’ enquiries, orders, invoicing and shipment daily
Providing prompt & accurate responses to customers' inquiries
Provide professional service for all internal and external customers
Monitoring and working with related departments for the order status before delivery or providing aftersales service
Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
Up-selling/ Cross-selling call with the customer
Requirements
Working experience in Customer Service/ Telesales in advance
HKCEE/DSE or above.
Immediate available is preferred
Strong interpersonal communication skills and good telephone manner
Good knowledge of PC applications & Gmail & Familiar with MS Office applications
Good team player
