Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Management team on business planning to drive company development
• Provide administrative support to F&B Operations including regular sales reports
• Respond to sales opportunities and effectively manage leads (contracting, pre-payment, handover and after-sales)
• Handle all incoming outlet group inquiries through all channels and respond to guest letters / comments
• Manage relationships with agencies, advertisers, and other vendor partners to deliver successful campaigns
• Organize promotional events and advertising activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
• Develop engaging marketing materials for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email newsletters (Facebook, Instagram or related social media etc.)
• Work closely with the F&B Operations Department on content creation and design
•  Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
  
  Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in F&B industry an advantage
• Willing to accept challenges, self-motivated, proactive, energetic and customer-focus.
• Outgoing and willing to learn and take initiative.
• Able to work under tight timeline and pressure.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred
