Job Description:

  • Able to be a self-starter who is motivated to drive new business within a defined territory based on quota
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around cloud services and other ISV solutions
  • Be able to demonstrate Nextlink’s capabilities to customers. Identify, influence, and impact customer adoption of Nextlink’s services
  • Possess the technical ability to explain Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, Networking, DC Services) and architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc) as well as other cloud solutions
  • Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with customers and vendors, connect with key business executives and stakeholders
  • Work efficiently with cross-functional teams and bring together multiple parties to achieve common business objectives.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and solution partners.
  • Provide accurate project completion schedule, timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to the management team
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the IT landscape, and passionate about technology.
  • 2 years of technology sales or related business development experience.
  • Experience in maintaining a robust sales pipeline and related territory target lists in Salesforce.com or other CRMs
  • Willing to learn, be curious and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment.
  • Good listening, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills via the phone, email, video and presentations.
  • Native Cantonese and a strong command of English (spoken and written). Mandarin is a plus.
  • Extroverted, outgoing, and enjoys the company of people from all walks of life.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Account Manager
