Responsibilities:

• Handling full set of I/E documents, L/C documents and bank documents custom declaration;
• Cooperate with factories, suppliers and customers ensure documents accuracy, shipping instructions, timely payments and final settlements;
• Communicate with banks related import and export LC, other documentary operations, payment compliance check;
• Make sure the logistics meet with the compliance and regulations of customs;
• Monitor & maintain all data on the system are accurate and update;
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Logistics / Supply chain management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in in shipping field preferred in garment manufacturing industry;
• Must be very organized & responsible;
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Shipping Officer;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
