Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support finance team members in their daily tasks and accounting operations;
• Supervise the month-end closing for HK and PRC companies;
• Prepare and review the analysis reports for Sales, COS, Subcontracting fee, WIP, other expenses etc.;
• Provide the GAAP adjustments in order to consolidate with the group results;
• Prepare and review the monthly financial statements of each subsidiaries;
• Provide the consolidation adjustments and prepare the monthly consolidation accounts;
• Prepare and review the consolidation schedules such as AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory etc.;
• Prepare the monthly Reporting Package, MR2 and other analysis reports for submission to Corporate Finance;
• Prepare other analysis reports as required;
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts, aligning them with the company's strategic goals and objectives;
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against the budget and rolling forecast, recommending adjustments as necessary;
• Prepare the financial information and schedules for auditing, check and review the audited financial statements;
• Liaise with external and internal auditors and tax representatives during the annual audit process.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Qualified accountant preferred but not mandatory;
• At least 5 years supervisory experience for HK/PRC operations preferred with knowledge in ASEAN operations;
• Garment field experience preferable;
• Proficiency in use of standard accounting software (SAP is preferable);
• Adaptable, hands-on, able to work under pressure, detail oriented with strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skill, good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin);
• Immediate availability is preferable.
