We are looking for an experienced Lighting Products Business Development Director.

Lighting Products Business Development Director is responsible for the lighting products business development for the Hong Kong and China market; Expand the customer base and Work closely with the Lighting Control Team, Project term and Production Team to ensure that the lighting products meeting the market requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in lighting as well as working in company with proven experience for lighting projects and lighting products production. Applicant must be able to think on their feet and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:
• Conduct competitive analysis & research trends in the lighting industry to support product development
• Drive the performance and brand awareness activities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve corporate objectives for products development
• Collaborate with company internal teams to strategize and plan product development.
• Work closely with designers, engineers, quality team and sales team of the company
• Work closely at The Greater Bay Area and Hong Kong
 

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Higher Diploma/Degree holders in Engineering or a related field, Business Admin, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 10 years experiences in lighting industry
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Strong portfolio of previous work
• Flexible schedule and travel to China
• Fluent in English and a regional language(Cantonese/Mandarin)
