Perform office administration duties including filling, printing, procurement and maintaining office and pantry supplies, courier arrangement, equipment/services contracts renewal, repair and maintenance
Work closely with Accounting Manager and assist in receiving invoices and payment handling
Work with different parties in the office for smooth daily office operations
Assist in handling some personal matters for the management
Assist in planning and executing company events and staff activities
Handle attendance system and leave application records
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements :
Diploma or above, with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Good command of both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and strong sense of responsibility
Fresh graudate are welcome to apply
