Job Description :
Duties & Responsibilities :
– Lab equipment service at customer site
– Manage and maintain a long-term relationship with new and existing customers
– Handle sales enquirers and provide prompt and efficient business correspondences

Skills, Experience & Attributes :
– Diploma or Degree holders in Science or Engineering majors highly regarded
– 1-3 years of solid experience in Instruments/Equipment service. Engineers post will be offered to those who have more experience
– Fluent in English and Mandarin
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships at all levels
– Mature and independent individuals with a high attention to detail and a proactive attitude
