The Job  

• Client: A Listed Property Group
• Position: Senior Leasing Manager
• Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of commercial (80%) and retail (20%) properties located in prime districts. Responsible for market analysis, tenancy management, sales & lease terms negotiation, document management, etc.
• $55-75K. 5-day, medical, bonus

Requirements  

• Degree holder
• 15 years experience in commercial leasing gained with landlords of which 5 years or above at managerial level
• Retail leasing experience would be an advantage
• Property management experience will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
