Responsibilities:

• Lead the data migration process for the finance function by understanding and challenging the data mapping for completeness and accuracy
• Set up migration and reconciliation process for UATs and go live cut over process
• Provide strong business partnering and drive effective communication among key stakeholders before, during and after each reporting milestone
• Participate in finance technology-enabled modernization programs to drive the finance modernization agenda
• Lead pilot projects for new finance tools to assess their viability for implementation throughout the region
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the region to drive APAC finance transformation initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Qualified accountant with excellent IFRS technical skills
• Minimum 6 years' experience leading/ delivering finance transformation projects
• Project finance transformation skills in areas such as ERP, GBS/SSC, process automation, fast close process & platforms, and/or FP&A/EPM is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with c-suite, management, and clients
• Excellent supervisory, analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities
  Excellent command of spoken and written English
