Our client is looking for an experience Compliance talent to join their Intermediary team in Hong Kong. 

Job duties:

• Providing support to Head of Channel Strategy to effectively manage intermediary relationships. 
• New Intermediary on-boarding – due diligence process, preparing partnership agreements, and managing internal approvals.
• Due Diligence on boarding process on all new brokers/agencies/agents such as PEP checking/world check and make sure that they are fulfilled with company’s guideline on AML/KYC/CDD checking. 
• Supporting Retail Life Sales team for new application checking and processing cases effectively and accurately in timely manner. 
• Liaise with underwriting team for new application outstanding requirements. 
• Providing support to Retail Life Sales team for preparing reports: sales reports, estimation reports, statistic reports and scorecards. 
• Adhere to local and group compliance procedures and satisfy audit and regulatory reviews.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma or equivalence education 
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Agency administration, Broker Management, sales marketing and channel management in Hong Kong life insurance industry
• Technical capability in MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
