Responsibilities

• Optimize sales of gadgets and stationery products through product and promotion enhancement
• Support buyers to prepare selling & promotion materials e.g. display guide/ menu, in-store POP, or other sales devices
• Liaise with suppliers, buyers and marketing team to enhance product marketing
• Visit store regularly for promotion set up and communicate with frontline staffs for promotion details
• Manage promotion order, stock allocation & schedule
•  Monitor and control stock and inventory level
• Process and follow up order delivery and payment with suppliers
•  Perform ad-hoc project as required

Requirements

• Secondary school graduate or above with 3 years’ experience in retail industry
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Japanese and Mandarin is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, able to work independently
• Proactive, innovative, open-minded and can work under pressure with positive mindset
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Familiar with gadgets and stationery product is an advantage
• Immediately available is preferable
