About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance & Assistant Merchandiser to join our team at Headstart Direct Limited' in Tsim Sha Tsui District. This full-time position is an integral part of our operations, responsible for ensuring the quality and product develop while also providing merchandising support. 

Quality Assurance

• Form 7 or above, 3+ years quality assurance and safety compliance in Toys
• Monitor the QA and QC processes including factory audit for quality assurance system and social accountability;
• Assist to implement quality assurance programs to ensure our product quality are in compliance with the company’s and our clients’ requirements, as well as meeting the international safety standards; 
• Work with factories to ensure product quality meets our quality requirement;
• Work with internal departments to ensure our product design complies with international safety standard and retailers' protocols;
• Work with 3rd party laboratories on risk assessment, and to ensure product safety certificates are available timely;
• Good command of English & Mandarin with good pc knowledge;
• Detail oriented, Can-Do attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
• Perform ad hoc projects as required;

Assistant Merchandiser

• F. 5 graduate or above, Fresh graduates are welcomed. 
• Responsible for providing product development, sourcing, coordinating and following-up projects from design stage to production.
• Data input, filing and general clerical duties;
• Good command of English & Mandarin with good pc knowledge;
• Detail oriented, Can-Do attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
• Perform ad hoc projects as required;
