Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing the Group’s financial statements consolidation
• Perform financial and management analysis, costing analysis
• Monitor & control on financial reporting in compliance with the Group’s corporate governance and relevant regulatory matters
• Liaise with auditors & external parties
• Report directly to the Group’s Chief Financial Officer
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with recognized professional accounting qualifications
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Big 4/listed companies with 2 years’ in similar capacities
• Mature, able to work independently, detail-minded with good analytical and problem solving skills 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command in English and Mandarin
• Travel to PRC is required
