A leading Hong Kong-based conglomerate is now looking for talents to join their Regional SAP Team.

About the role:

Key roles and responsibilities of this role are to conduct SAP project delivery activities for SAP S4 HANA implementation:

• SAP S4 HANA blueprint process functional design and blueprint preparation and presentation to stakeholders
• SAP S4 HANA configuration per blueprint design.
• Data Conversion design, requirement validation and functional mapping based on client requirement on data conversion.  Support data conversion trial testing
• End to end process Integration with non-SAP application 
• Functional Process integration and communication with other SAP functional team and IT team on SIT planning. Break and fix and defect resolution

Project Delivery on Functional Workstream:

• Strong hands-on SAP S4HANA Project Experience
• Assist SAP S4 HANA Delivery Manager/Functional Lead on project governance and communication on project update and activities
• SAP S4 HANA detailed project plan preparation and project activities tracking on respective Functional Workstream being assigned
• Change Management co-ordination with SAP and IT team on impact analysis
• Project deliverable (per SOW) tracking sheet update and monitoring on respective Functional Workstream
• Support Ad hoc assignments as requested from SAP S4 HANA Delivery Manager or PMO

We are looking for the following:

• Degree or above in IT or Business or Supply China or related discipline 
• Project experiencer in SAP S4 HANA is a must
• At least 2 full-cycle of SAP FICO implementations
• Technical experience in SAP S4 HANA Blue Print, Configuration, UAT, GO-Live, Support and Maintenance 
• Experience in BPC & IBP would be an advantage
• Solid Experience in SAP S4 HANA functional process mainly in Financial Process flows or Operations
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
