Job Description:

• To handle vendor sourcing and management, price comparison and quotation;
• To handle PO processing, monitoring and sales order management;
• To keep close contact with customers and suppliers for quotation and follow up outstanding PO delivery status;
• To maintain PO, invoice files and related order records such as material, price, inventory and delivery records;
• To assist other ad-hoc projects as assigned;

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above;
• 2-3 years relevant experience in procurement co-ordination, support and administration;
• Related working experience in IT industry would be an advantage;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Good communication skill, well organized and a fast learner
• Immediate available / short notice will be an advantage
