Job Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding and ongoing customer due diligence, including verification of KYC documents, AML screening, and client/credit risk assessment;
Perform transaction and merchant screening and monitoring;
Assist to conduct the investigation on suspicious activity, sanctions, and enhanced due diligence;
Handle daily KYC and transaction enquiries from business teams and relevant stakeholders;
Assist to prepare internal reports for Risk Management Department;
Assist with maintenance of AML program documentations, including KYC documents and reporting recordkeeping, etc.;
Analyse and report on issues and trends in overall risk management;
Keeping up to date of regulatory developments, particularly HK AMLO as well as global AML/CTF and card scheme rules and regulations;
Monitor timely reporting / escalating of potential incidents and perform tracking to ensure issue resolution;
Familiarise with the company’s key risks in association with external environment
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned;
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Higher Diploma or above in Business, Commerce or related is preferred
A detail-oriented, organised and independent person
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in Microsoft Office pack, particularly Excel
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree
Candidates must possess an IANG visa or be a Hong Kong citizen.
