We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Hong Kong.

In this role, you will lead high-impact projects, work with international teams, and implement solutions that drive technological advancements. Ideal candidates are adept at navigating fast-paced environments, prioritizing effectively, and executing large-scale projects with precision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Build a detailed project plan covering timelines, budget, milestones, and resource allocation
• Develop strategies for risk identification and mitigation to ensure project success
• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and manage expectations
• Keep project expenditures within the approved budget

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in Fixed Price project delivery management
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency with Agile delivery management and capable of balancing multiple project deliveries
• Proven expertise in handling large-scale, cross-functional IT projects
• Strong skills in managing project risks including identification, monitoring, and resolution
• Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)

NICE TO HAVE

• Background in ERP migrations, specifically from Microsoft AX to Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Integration
• Understanding of the retail domain
• Capability to communicate in Cantonese
