Your responsibility includes:
 

• To lead the research project that would align with the internal R&D technology roadmap;
• Work with team to accomplish R&D milestones and products development;
• Record and report to Project Manager about the R&D activities (schedules of work, budget changes, resources planning);
• Work closely with sales team, design team, production team to complete the product development;
• Responsible for quotation, engineering prototypes, testing specifications…;
• Work with team to create and maintain the design documentation (BOM, drawings, instruction, hardware design testing documentations etc.);
• Support factory manufacturing process on production line from Engineer Sample to Mass Production stage;
• Responsible for the productivity improvement on production, trouble shooting on running product, organize & monitor the product development.

Requirements:
 

• Experiences in Fashion Jewelry industry is preferred;
• Team working, excellent interpersonal, scheduling and communication skills;
• Good command of spoken & written English and communicative Mandarin;
• Knowledge of ERP application;
• Willing to travel to PRC frequently;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager;
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
