1. Act as MIC role, ensure the operations comply with relevant guidelines and regulation

2. Responsible for daily fund operations management, account opening, investor subscriptions and redemptions and KYC

3. Responsible for activities including but not limited to Bond settlement, and OTC Bonds market,etc

4. Co-ordination with various parties including executing brokers, auditors, custodians, fund administrators, legal counsel and other service providers

5. Maintain client & transaction records, products information, regulatory requirements and different statistical data for regulators and internal management on a timely basis

6. Conduct account reconciliation with the custodian bank and fund administrator, review NAV calculation results

7. Prepare routine and ad hoc regulatory reports, coordinate annual reviews and assist with data submission

8. Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on settlement and operation related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and effective communication

9. Handle ad hoc tasks in a professional and timely manner

Requirement：

1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting or Finance or related discipline

2. 5-10 years of experience in the securities/fund management companies, in which 2 years on supervisory level

3. Ambitious, detail minded with a strong analytical sense

4. Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult tasks

5. Knowledge of excel and some programming skills are preferred

6. Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
