Responsibilities:

• Provide good quality of insurance service to clients;
• Prepare the insurance application process for clients
• Follow through all the outstanding/ pending of the policy until the policy is fully in force.
• Respond to inquiries and interpret contracts and provide benefits or claims information in a timely and accurately manner;
• Prepare and maintain administrative related accurate materials such as policies, benefit brochures;
• Assist in the process of new products launch and maintain a good relationship with business partners and customers;
   

Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in life insurance;
• Preferably with insurance claims or renewal working experiences;
• Holding a valid insurance licenses ( IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3 ) ( no valid license will be acceptable as administration clerk) ;
• Strong Communication and customer service skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
