Sales order taking and follow up through inbound and outbound calls / email / whatsApp.
Handle customer’s enquiries & complaints.
Accurately input sales order into system. Maintain and develop good relationship between customer and sales team
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior.
Requirements:
Form 5 / DSE or above
Minimum 2 years of customer service / telesales / order management experience.
Previous experience in SAP order entry system or FMCG market is highly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A good team player with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
Fluent in Cantonese, able to read and write Chinese and English and computer input methods
Immediate availability is highly preferred
