Job Responsibility

- Provide first level IT support and troubleshooting to in-house users, including hardware, software, network, email, Internet

- Install and maintenance of hardware & software, take appropriate action to handle any failure 

- Provide on-going support and maintenance services for ERP/POS system

- Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth provision of IT services

- Keep track of IT inventory and recommendation for improvements

- Assist in ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirement

- Fresh graduate with related education will be considered 

- Basic PC hardware and software technical knowledge

- Basic MS Office, Windows, Networking and hardware knowledge

- Strong analytical problem solving skills

- Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn
