Work with accounts teams under the guidance of the Account Director and Manager in assisting the media team across the full planning and buying process
Compile monthly brand competitive analysis report
Update monthly media schedules and media flowcharts according to the on-going changes
Assist individual colleagues in preparing campaign recommendation and post campaign report; and ad hoc request when needed
Understanding the client and campaign ecosystem, such as learning to use social media ad platforms, reporting platforms, media metric definitions, paid media type and various ad formats
Administrate the planning and buying documents and billing processes
Participate in client meetings and presentation
Attend various entry-level trainings and certifications
The Candidate:
University degree
Must be flexible, highly motivated and able to work independently on multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of social media tools, analytical tools and vendor liaison
Must be well organized and have strong quantitative/analytical skills
Experienced with the luxury market is a plus
Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
Must be numerate and have strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
