Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for driving revenue growth in the focused business, managing the end-to-end process of ICT projects from partners, including key nodes such as ordering, implementation, delivery, and payment.

2.Centered on departmental customers, propose written optimization suggestions for internal cooperation processes, collaboration models, and revenue rules based on service capability improvement and revenue generation needs, providing decision-making references for management.

3.Responsible for daily communication with suppliers, including prioritized which based on suppliers' capabilities, products, and professional categories, and providing support such as quotation channel maintenance, project diversion.

4.Coordinate with key suppliers to regularly invite their department members (e.g., sales, pre-sales, PM) to provide empowerment training to enhance team capabilities.

5.Execute and implement company policies related to projects, including but not limited to prior approval of ICT-related projects, qualification review of suppliers.

6.Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Required Capabilities:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Information Management, or related fields is preferred.

2. 2+ years of relevant work experience in sales or related roles at telecom operators, ICT hardware/software companies is preferred.

3. Professional Skills:
- Ability to develop partnerships, win projects and generate revenue;
- Familiarity with upstream and downstream value chains in the telecommunications industry;
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills;
- High sense of responsibility and execution ability.

4. Strong bilingual (Chinese-English) communication skills; able to use English effectively in professional settings.
