• Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in hotel industry with at least 1 year in similar position
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and can work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Willing to work on shift
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Floor Supervisor
• 5-day work week
