Responsibilities:

  • 协助开展人员招聘、员工管理,参与制定年度招聘方案;
  • 协助强积金、税务、出勤与休假管理、团体保险计划等工作;
  • 协助人力资源相关制度的制定及修改;
  • 协助执行年度人力预算及人员预算成本控制;
  • 协助组织开展各项员工培训工作;
  • 完成领导安排的其他工作。

Requirements:

  • 具有良好的职业操守、个人品行及从业记录,诚实守信,工作敬业,工作严谨、踏实;
  • 人力资源等管理类相关专业全日制本科及以上学历,有香港、海外留学经验者优先考虑;
  • 具有3年以上人力相关工作经验;
  • 熟悉境内劳动法及香港地区雇佣条例者优先考虑;
  • 良好的中英文读写能力。
