IT Assistant (UAT)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the technical team to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure data migration is thoroughly checked before the system rollout.
• Handling enquiries and incidents reported by users to ensure a smooth operational experience.
• Assisting in conducting IT training sessions and briefings for both internal and external users to facilitate effective system usage.
• Performing any other duties assigned by senior management to ensure our goals are met.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language, in the HKDSE, OR Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the HKCEE.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Information Technology system development.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Experience in customer support on a technical level is an advantage.

IT Assistant (Cloud Infrastructure) 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the project team in providing operational support for network, servers, and private cloud infrastructure.
• Help the project team with network and server troubleshooting, including problem reporting and escalation.
• Adhere to established support procedures for effective problem handling and escalation.
• Report problems instantly to the project team via phone or email and engage in problem-handling activities.
• Prepare detailed problem reports that include symptoms, impacts, causes, solutions, and follow-up actions.
• Meet the 7 x 24 operational needs of the private cloud infrastructure and be prepared to work on a shift system, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language, in the HKDSE, OR Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the HKCEE.
• Network/System Monitoring : Solid experience in 7 x 24 network and system monitoring and support.
• Firewall and Network Operations : Extensive experience in the operation and support of firewalls, network routers, and switches.
• IT Virtualization Support : Proven experience in supporting IT virtualization infrastructure.
