The position is responsible for developing creative concepts and executing design work to promote the brand, DETERMINANT, to internal and external stakeholders.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver effective marketing content and multimedia content (videography, photography and graphics)

• Manage the creation of compelling marketing communications materials, including key visual designs, digital marketing assets, social media content, graphic, print collateral and multimedia/video materials.

• Work closely with global and local teams to develop creative content and bring brand guidelines to life through cohesive visual and video assets across APAC countries.

• Liaise with vendors in production of promotional materials.

• Stay up to date with design trends, fashion industry aesthetics, and marketing strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.

• Handle ad hoc and ongoing communication projects.

Working Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or related disciplines

• At least 3 years of working experience in digital and/or creative agency, or as an in-house graphic designer in retail industry

• Experience in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver/WordPress/HTML, Flash and Premiere

• Creative and passionate, with strong aesthetic sense, ability to think out-of-the-box and great eye for detail

• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a good team player

• Able to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines

• Good communication skills and good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Occasional business travel whenever necessary
