Job Description

Qualification and Experience

• Passing 5 subjects, including English and Chinese, in HKCEE / HKDSE and Diploma in Building Studies or Architectural Studies;
• Holder of Mandatory Basic Safety Traning Card (Safety Card);

Duties

• Prepare and draft sketches and drawings;
• Take site measurement, taking off and counter check cost estimates;
• Prepare and update programme and database;
• Work as Public Relation Officer to assist In-flat Inspection Ambassadors in handling enquires, appointments and complaints from tenants estates and entering data to update the computerized "Appointment and Scheduling" system;
• Attend promotional activities e.g. "Mobile Education Path", "Mobile Educational Booth" ;
• Any other duties as required;
