This individual will demonstrate potential to build a successful career in Sales and will have the opportunity to progress into a key member of Account Management team

Responsibilities:

- Be the key point of contact within Sales team and support Account Managers across all deliverables

- Assist Account Managers with onboarding logistics and contract renewals

- Extract Salesforce data to develop dashboards and sales reports

- Conduct market research and provide insights to support Sales team in new business development and existing account expansion

- Generate leads to help build a strong pipeline of clientele

- Support Consultant Experience team in liaising quarterly/ monthly virtual and in-person events

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management, Information Management/Systems, Finance, or related field

- Excellent command in English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be a bonus

- Good knowledge in in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Show initiative and be a proactive team member with a can-do attitude

- Less experienced candidate will be considered for Intern. More experienced candidate will be considered for Account Manager
