Being one of the most versatile sexual wellness product distributors, you will work with our team to provide day-to-day, all-rounded support to the company. You will be on the back office support team. A more significant challenge yet, we will work it on a global scale, working in markets including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia and the UK.
Duties
- Coordination and Hospitality: As our esteemed Butler, you will graciously welcome guests, manage appointments, and ensure their comfort during their visit.
- Business Trip Planning: Researching and booking flights for overseas trips; Ensuring cost-effectiveness while considering travel dates, layovers, and airline preferences; Managing any changes or cancellations as needed.
- Recruitment Support: coordinate job postings, screen applications, and schedule interviews. Your attention to detail will ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Liaise with candidates, schedule interview slots, and create a welcoming atmosphere during their visit. Ensure interview rooms are well-prepared, equipped, and organized for a professional experience.
- New Staff Onboarding: responsible for assembling onboarding materials for new hires. During orientation sessions, you’ll provide a warm welcome, answer questions, and ensure our new colleagues feel comfortable and informed.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, staff activities and special events. Your attention to detail will be crucial.
- Resourceful Solutions: Like a true Butler, anticipate needs and provide efficient solutions. Your ability to think on your feet will be highly valued.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality standards, ensuring sensitive information remains secure.
- Graceful Communication: Your eloquence in written and verbal communication will set the tone for our office interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, supporting their needs and fostering a harmonious work environment.
- Provide personal assistance to senior executives, including managing their calendars, making travel arrangements and personal errands.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in any discipline.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, trustworthiness and high levels of integrity.
- Well-organised, independent, and detail-minded.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must.
