Assistant Clubhouse Manager (Kowloon Bay District)
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing premier quality services and enhancing the lifestyle of residents via the residential clubhouse. The role involves: Management and operation of a residential clubhouse to ensure top class customer service standards and efficient housekeeping. Planning and implementing programs and activities which best meet the residents’ interests and preferences Supervising the clubhouse team and building good communications with residents and guests.
Requirements:
Degree with 3 years of solid experience in Clubhouse Management
Diploma in hotel, hospitality, sports & recreation, leisure or related disciplines with 5 years of relevant experience
Strong organization and leadership skills
Presentable, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
Creative and passionate in leading lifestyle programs / events
Shift duty and work on public holidays will be required
