Overview:

Responsible to drive business of account assigned to deliver top and bottom line, negotiate and secure support from customer to deliver flawless execution on store level. Lead execution of promotional strategy and sales initiatives of the customer to drive sales and profit growth (including trade budget management, range and space optimization).

He/she is responsible to provide data analysis, customer presentation and business review by using a variety of data analytic. The incumbent works closely with both Customers and KC internal and is seen as key driver of the account to both groups.

Major Responsibility Areas

  • Interact with other members of the management team in a way that reflects leadership, fosters open, two way communications and contributes to successful teamwork between functional areas to the benefit of both customers and the Company.

  • Provides Sales & Marketing management with accurate and timely reports such as sales forecast, stock forecast and recommendations on marketing program effectiveness and competitive activity.

  • Define and agrees on business plans with superior, align business plans and support strategies with customers.

  • Align promotional calendar with customer and management on activities, including evaluation.

  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting to meet sales objectives and customers promotional requirements.

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet current and future customer requirements.

  • Audit market research, sales management reports and market information to identify sales problems or opportunities.

  • Conduct sales analysis, business review and customer presentation that supports trade promotion or consumer promotion effectiveness in order to ensure the attainment of sales objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree in Marketing or Business field

  • At least 2 - 3 years successful consumer sales or trade marketing experience in handling key accounts in FMCG.

  • Experienced candidate will be considered as Key Account Manager

  • Aggressive and able to work under pressure and tight timeline.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with analytical mind.

  • Result Oriented & self-motivating
