Build and monitor sales performance dashboards, reports, and prepare business development proposals based on detailed business and data analysis
Drive operational excellence in sales operations, identify areas for improvement in operating procedure simplification, streamlining, and standardization
Lead cross-department projects and customer support, to gather data and insights for sales analysis and reporting
Keep up with the latest industry & market trends, best practices, and regulatory developments in the payment sector, and provide recommendations for process and system enhancements
Assist in the coordination and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs to drive sales productivity and achieve targets
Lead efforts to transition physical contracts to a digital format, enhancing accessibility and efficiency in contract management processes
Develop and implement commission rules and incentive structures to motivate sales teams and align with business objectives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or other related field
At least 5 years of working experience in project management, data analysis, sales operations related field
Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Excel is a plus
Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Team player with good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Sales Operations Manager
