We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a Business Development role focused on the cryptocurrency and blockchain technology space. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting the company's growth initiatives within the rapidly evolving crypto industry.


Job responsibilities

  • Identify, research and engage with potential partners, clients and projects in the cryptocurrency/blockchain space to drive new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and threats in the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, including startups, investors, and thought leaders.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential deals, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
  • Develop pitch decks, presentations and proposals to position the company's crypto/blockchain offerings.
  • Attend and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery on partnered projects.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and provide market intelligence insights.


Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) is preferred.
  • 5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in crypto/blockchain.
  • Proven understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial drive to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; Mandarin speaking is a plus.
  • Good team player with a startup mindset and respect for timelines.
