We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, outgoing and enthusiastic Project Executive to join our Event Sales Team. If you enjoy finding new business opportunities and managing relationships with top marketers/HR in the industry, this job is for you! You will be responsible for managing a territory and portfolio of accounts and selling our Asia-leading awards, conferences and masterclasses.

Job Description:

• Join high-performing sales team targeting senior-level executives to participate in our market-leading events
• You will be provided with extensive training to develop your sales skills and become an industry specialist as you will be conversing with the senior professionals across in all organisations

Responsibilities:

·        Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets

·        Make outbound calls and emails to existing and potential clients

·        Manage existing key accounts

·        Research and identify new potentials clients

·        Develop and maintain strong business relationships

·        Weekly pipeline and sales reporting

·        Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience

Requirements:

·        Degree holder

·        Results driven, aggressive and self-motivated

·        Ability to hit daily, weekly and monthly KPIs

·        Proven work experience in sales and/or account management

·        Hands-on experience with customer service

·        Attention to detail

·        Team player

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Proficient in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
