Responsibilities:

Compliance Management

• Work with all stakeholders to implement appropriate internal trade compliance processes and procedures.
• Keep abreast of international trade regulatory changes and challenges; update all internal stakeholders on matters related to trade and customs compliance.

Provide Internal Training and Auditing

• Conduct trade compliance training for internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures in trade and customs areas for both internal and external operators.
• Conduct annual internal and external customs audits to ensure the implementation and effectiveness of internal and external controls align with current policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Admin related discipline
• At least 2 years related working experiences
• Flexible to changing environments, with the ability to work independently under pressure and in a timely manner
• Detail oriented with strong analytical; good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

Additional Information:

• Station in Hong Kong and frequents travels to other East Asia countries (Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Mainland China)

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supply Chain Assistant Officer
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• On-the-job training will be provided
