Your new role

• Work with different business units including network management, operations, finance, IT and other internal / external stakeholders
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate this into a functional documentation
• Ensure business requirements align with business needs and gain stakeholder approval
• Ensure technical documentation prepared by IT align with the functional documentation.
• Identify interdependencies and shape end-to-end business processes and requirements for solution design.
• Assist in solution design, system development and testing, training, UAT, and other relevant activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the ongoing business expansion and process optimization efforts.

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree or above in IT or related disciplines
• 6-10 years of professional experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
