Job Duties:

• Lead and manage the revenue and data analysis team to deliver actionable insights
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize revenue growth and provide sales support
• Oversee the sales management process, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and support their initiatives
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data analysis and reporting
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in revenue analysis, data analytics, or sales management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and providing effective sales support
