Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests, answering incoming calls and clarify customers’ enquiries in a professional manner
• Handle reservation and provide check-in and out services
• Taking message from customers complaint
• Conducting regular daily facility check

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with positive and helpful attitude
• Be patient, cheerful personality
• Flexible shift hours
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh graduate also welcome to apply
