About the Client

An industry leading organization with a strong track record of success is currently seeking for a high caliber individual to join them as the Senior / Manager, Talent Management.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify and nurture high-potential employees
  • Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations
  • Design and implement succession planning programs to ensure a pipeline of qualified internal candidates for key roles
  • Collaborate with department heads to create individual development plans for employees
  • Conduct talent assessments and identify development needs to support career progression
  • Monitor and analyze talent metrics to track the effectiveness of talent management initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent management

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the talent management, talent development and or organizational development is a MUST
  • Strong understanding of talent management practices and principles such as succession planning, HiPo along with program / curriculum design is preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Prior exposure in HR consultancy platform will be an advantage
  • Certification in HR or talent management (e.g., CIPD, SHRM and SPHR) is a plus
