An industry leading organization with a strong track record of success is currently seeking for a high caliber individual to join them as the Senior / Manager, Talent Management.
About the Role
Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify and nurture high-potential employees
Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations
Design and implement succession planning programs to ensure a pipeline of qualified internal candidates for key roles
Collaborate with department heads to create individual development plans for employees
Conduct talent assessments and identify development needs to support career progression
Monitor and analyze talent metrics to track the effectiveness of talent management initiatives
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent management
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related field
Minimum 15 years of experience in the talent management, talent development and or organizational development is a MUST
Strong understanding of talent management practices and principles such as succession planning, HiPo along with program / curriculum design is preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Prior exposure in HR consultancy platform will be an advantage
Certification in HR or talent management (e.g., CIPD, SHRM and SPHR) is a plus
