Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership : Develop business strategies, drive K12 curriculum upgrades, deepen school partnerships, and expand study abroad services. Implement annual plans with multi-channel acquisition (community/self-media/partnerships).
2. Resource Optimization : Build local education networks (schools/teachers/KOLs), design cost-efficient collaboration models, and scale asset-light operations (e.g., co-branded courses).
3. Team Excellence : Optimize team structure/performance metrics, engage in curriculum/service/marketing operations, and foster agile talent pipelines.
4. Data-Driven Operations : Track conversion/LTV metrics, deliver actionable reports, and streamline processes for efficiency/cost savings.
5. Brand Growth : Execute localized campaigns (workshops/seminars) to boost brand trust and NPS.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s+ in Education/Management preferred
2. 5+ years in education leadership (min. 2 years at executive level)
3. Deep knowledge of Hong Kong education policies & local networks
4. Fluent English/Mandarin/ Cantonese

1. 統籌業務戰略與執行:制定公司業務發展規劃,推動K12課程體系升級、本地校際深度合作及留學服務增長,主導年度業務計畫落地,建立多管道獲客模型(社區/自媒體/機構聯營)。
2. 資源網路體系化建設:搭建並維護本地教育生態網路(學校/教師/KOL),設計分層合作機制降低成本,探索聯營課程等輕資產業務模式並建立可複製標準。
3. 團隊效能管理:帶領團隊優化組織架構與績效機制,深度參與關鍵業務環節(課程/客服/市場),搭建人才梯隊並推行扁平化敏捷管理。
4. 數據驅動決策體系:建立涵蓋客戶轉化率、LTV等指標的監測系統,定期輸出經營分析報告,通過流程標準化實現人效提升及成本節約目標。
5. 品牌戰略落地:策劃家長講座/校方宣講等品牌活動,制定本地化傳播策略,塑造品牌形象並持續提升NPS值。
6. 跨部門協同創新:主導教育產品研發與市場部門的資源整合,推動教學模式創新。
任職資格:
1. 本科及以上學歷,教育/管理相關專業優先,5年以上教育行業管理經驗,至少2年同等職位經驗;
2. 熟悉香港升學政策,具備本地教育資源
3. 流利的英語、普通話及粵語
