1. Overseas Business Development and Project Coordination:
l Lead the development and expansion of business in overseas markets, ensuring a smooth process from project identification to implementation.
l Coordinate internal and external resources to optimize project management procedures and enhance customer satisfaction and project delivery efficiency.
2. Key Account and Sales Management:
l Establish and maintain stable relationships with key customers and dealers, gaining insights into market trends and customer needs through customer visits and deep-level discussions.
l Manage sales leads, ensuring high-quality sales contract signing and subsequent project execution.
l Effectively handle customer complaints and grievances, ensuring high-standard project delivery and customer recognition.
3. Cross-departmental Collaboration and Product Feedback:
l Work closely with product development and technical teams to ensure company products and services meet the actual needs of overseas markets.
l Collect and compile customer feedback to facilitate continuous improvement of company products and services.
4. Project Risk Management and Financial Control:
l Evaluate the creditworthiness of customers and dealers to ensure secure transactions and effective management of accounts receivable.
l Identify and address potential risks during project execution, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
5. Sales Performance Achievement and Marketing Promotion:
l Achieve the annual sales targets set by the company and develop detailed strategies and plans to achieve them.
l Collaborate with regional offices and headquarters to plan and execute customized sales and marketing campaigns, enhancing brand influence and market share.
6. Trade Show and Company Event Participation:
l Attend industry trade shows, company meetings, and events as needed to showcase company capabilities and expand business networks.
7. Other Responsibilities:
l Regular Business Travel: Conduct domestic and international business trips as required by company needs.
l Specific Project Responsibility: May be assigned to oversee specific key projects based on work requirements.
l Company Reputation Maintenance: Ensure the company's cultural values and reputation are upheld at all times.
